Refund & Return Policy

At Fideli, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in offering premium teas and coffees, carefully sourced and packaged. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds, in accordance with the following policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used tea, coffee, or other consumable goods.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened tea, coffee, or food products.

• Gift cards or downloadable products.

• Clearance or “final sale” items.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@fideli.shop with your order number, name, and reason for return.

2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to the address we provide. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email notification confirming approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us immediately at support@fideli.shop within 7 days of delivery.

• Please include photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

• We will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.
