At Fideli, we work hard to deliver your favorite teas and coffees quickly, securely, and affordably.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) across the United States.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to monitor delivery progress through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@fideli.shop.

  • We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Please note: Fideli is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
